A representative will come out to assess your cleaning needs, ensuring an accurate quote and no surprises. Once approved we will move forward with scheduling your appointment. Special accommodations will be made to find a time and date that works best for you.
Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive a booking confirmation via email. From there you will receive a courtesy reminder of your appointment one day before your scheduled cleaning.
The day of your appointment we will arrive on time and introduce ourselves before beginning work. A team of 1-4 cleaners will be on site, depending on the size of the home. This helps to ensure an efficient process, rather than a multi day project. We will maintain clear communication with you throughout the whole cleaning process. Detailing our plan, expectations, and if any questions or concerns may arise.
Our cleaning team is made up of highly trained professionals who take great care of your home and property while on site. All staff will wear shoe coverings while inside to make sure your home stays clean.
Once your cleaning is complete we will do a final walk around inspection to make sure the highest quality work is performed. An invoice will be generated and accepted payments include cash, check or card. From there you will receive an email receipt for your records. Then, sit back and enjoy your sparkling clean views!
